For the most part, the service has consistently proven to be worth the price tag especially when it comes to PS Plus Essential, as subscribers can keep those games as long as they download them before they leave the service and keep them in their library. However, the last few months of PS Plus Essential games have been rather controversial, granting subscribers access to a lackluster selection of titles, including Among Us, which is free on mobile devices and extremely cheap to purchase on other platforms.
