Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree exceeded everyones expectations with its extensive array of weapons and spells. With over 100 new weapons, FromSoft has set a high standard for any future DLCs. As the base game already had a vast number of spells, the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC focused primarily on incantations, adding 28 incantations and 14 sorceries. Even with half the number of incantations, sorcerers seem to have come out as the winners, because of the Impenetrable Thorns spell.
