Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is a Souls-lite that features gameplay elements commonly found in FromSoftware's games and other Souls titles, but makes itself far more accessible than those games. Flintlock is available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X right now, though the game has earned somewhat mixed reviews from critics.
