Haunted Chocolatier was highly anticipated long before much was said about it, simply due to its roots. As it is being developed by Eric "ConcernedApe" Barone, the solo dev behind the immensely popular farm life sim Stardew Valley, Haunted Chocolatier will eventually be riding in on the coattails of one of the best indie games ever made. Unfortunately, it has now been nearly three years since its announcement, and Barone has kept his cards extremely close to his chest, only revealing bits and pieces of information about the game since. That being said, several Haunted Chocolatier screenshots have been floating around after Barone released them to the public, one of which suggests a frightening omen for the game.
