In a nightmare world filled with fog and ungodly creatures that defy rationality, would there be room for altruistic behavior? Would selflessness trump fear, or would the human nature for survival take hold? While there are characters who would throw others down to the ground as a distraction so they could make their escape, this is not true of all the unfortunate souls trapped within the confines of Silent Hill.
