In WoW Classic and Season of Discovery, there are some enemies that can only be skinned at max level with a Skinning level above the normal profession limit of 300. But the problem is, you can only get to 305 with the Skinning enchant on the Skinning Knife that is, unless you replace it with Pip's Skinner.
