It came as a big surprise in 2020 when Hoyoverse announced that Genshin Impact would eventually launch on the Nintendo Switch platform. However, over four years have passed since then with little to no new announcements regarding Genshin Impacts Switch release, so many fans have grown skeptical that this will still come to fruition. Consequently, while a Genshin Impact Switch release grows less and less likely as years pass, Hoyoverses newest title, Zenless Zone Zero, may win this race by releasing on the Switch before Genshin Impact does.
