Niantic has announced a Mega Rayquaza Raid makeup event in Pokemon GO, and not only has it gotten rid of the Elite Raid Gym requirement altogether, but it is also possibly opening up the event to Remote Raid Pass holders. Considering that a lot of players were unable to take part in the event due to these stringent restrictions, Pokemon GO fans are quite elated to see these changes.
