Matthew Lillard, the longtime voice of Norville "Shaggy" Rogers, is hinting that a new Scooby-Doo project is in development, and it isnt a movie or cartoon. Lillard first played Mystery Inc.s resident comic relief figure in the live-action Scooby-Doo films of the early 2000s, and he would go on to voice Shaggy in virtually all animated Scooby-Doo media after the late Casey Kasem retired from acting in 2009.
