Molotovs are rarer than you'd hope in GTA Online. Here is where you can find them in Los Santos.

Grand Theft Auto Online lets you acquire a large arsenal of advanced weaponry. Ammunation gun stores are packed with all sorts of powerful guns and grenades for you to cause mayhem. For some reason, Molotovs are not sold at the regular gun stores in Los Santos.
