Cacnea may not be one of the most popular creatures in the Pokemon franchise, but that did not stop one fan from giving it a third form with some fan art. Many of the hundreds of creatures available to catch in Pokemon have three separate forms, but some were left with just one or two, so fans are often quick to make up the difference with their own takes.
