A talented Pokemon fan has given one of the series' oldest creatures a brand-new form in some impressive concept artwork for an Arbok Mega Evolution. The cobra-like Pokemon may be an unlikely choice for a Mega Evolution, but that didn't stop the artist from designing an incredible piece and sharing it with Pokemon fans online.
