Michael C. Hall shocked fans at San Diego Comic Con 2024, when he showed up during the Dexter panel, joining the cast of the prequel series, Dexter: Original Sin. He arrived brandishing donuts in a nod to the titular serial killer he played between 2006-2013, and once again in the sequel limited series, Dexter: New Blood in 2021. Turns out, he wasn't just there as an executive producer of the new series, when it was revealed during a tease of the opening credits of Dexter; Original Sin, that Michael C. Hall would also be narrating the series as 'the inner voice of Dexter.'
