The Prism Heart is a surprisingly mighty foe in Wuthering Waves and aside from its general echo stats, it also manifests as a special/red enemy. If you thought the Wuthering Waves overworld bosses were hard to fight, the red enemies scattered across the land certainly pose a threat. Currently, there are 20 special enemies and the Prism Heart is the only one at Level 90.
