Jeff's Pizzeria is quite run down at the start of Five Nights at Freddy's: Into the Pit, as Jeff has been slacking on maintenance and repairs. As a result, none of the Arcade Machines are functional at the start of the game. If Oswald wants to get his hands on some tickets, or redeem those tickets once he has them, he'll either have to use the Arcade in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria (risking discovery by the animatronics and requiring him to find some tokens lying around) or take matters into his own hands and repair the machines.
