Pokemon GO announces a new event that will add a shiny Legendary Pokemon, and bring back the regional variant of a popular critter.

For the first time, Shiny Zacian will be available in Pokemon GO as part of the upcoming Legendary Heroes event. In addition, Niantic has revealed the return of Galarian Weezing, originally added to Pokemon GO in 2019, in a dedicated event to celebrate the release of Pokemon Sword and Shield.
