Dead by Daylight has cemented its place as a leading horror game of this generation, but not all projects tied to the franchise have survived. One such casualty is Project T, a planned spin-off that was canceled before it ever reached players. Unlike Dead by Daylight's core asymmetrical gameplay, Project T was envisioned as a PvE experiencea significant departure for the series. However, despite the excitement that the announcement generated during the game's anniversary stream in May, feedback from playtesters and internal assessments led Behaviour Interactive to shelve the project.
