As the overarching antagonistic group of the Boruto series, Kara and its members have become a central piece in the series premise. Arguably the most significant of these characters is Amado, the brains behind the organization, albeit with ulterior motives of his own. Amado is a man of many mysteries, and while much still remains unknown, Boruto has unraveled a significant relationship between him and one of his cyborg creations Delta.
