A Pokemon GO bug has made it impossible for players to catch PhD Pikachu, which is one of the most difficult-to-get Pokemon in the game, as it simply flees when players throw a Poke Ball at it. Considering that this encounter is tied to a Pokemon GO achievement, which is also known as Medals in the game, it is supposed to be a guaranteed encounter, but players are reportedly unable to catch the Pokemon altogether.
