Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 15 has the attention of all the fans, largely because this could be the beginning of a new arc in the story. So far, fans have seen quite a lot of exciting details in regards to the shinju developing in Boruto, but now, it is time for them to go into action properly and serve as antagonists in major arcs with decisive conclusions.
