Aside from the usual job listing requirements of good communication skills and teamwork, the listing itself does not specifically state whether this is an entry in an existing franchise or an entirely new IP, but it does reveal interesting information about the engine, perspective and current state of the new game. The listing specifically mentions experience with Unreal Engine 4 being an ideal candidate skill, suggesting the game will not be using the modified Source engine games like Titanfall 2 and Apex Legends are known to use.

Most interestingly, the listing asks for candidates that are passionate about first-person shooter games, meaning wherever the rest of this game's design will go, it will most likely remain a first-person shooter.
