A Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire star will join Scream 7 to play a character close to Neve Campbell's Sidney Prescott.

Scream is one of the most successful movie franchises, with the seventh film in the pipeline. One of the original characters will return and fans will also see a new face to join the pack this time.
