There are various places where Sims can WooHoo in The Sims 4, and whenever a new expansion pack comes out, it's not uncommon for more WooHoo locations to become available. Given the importance of Ghost Sims in the Life and Death expansion pack, it only made sense for there to be more Ghost WooHoo options in the game.
