As you progress through Metaphor: ReFantazio; you'll get access to new bounties. Bounties open up new locations to explore that are great ways to level up your party before taking on the more difficult dungeon of a town. These new locations will end with you fighting the bounty you came to hunt, usually in a difficult boss battle.
