The movie Attack on Titan The Movie: THE LAST ATTACK (herein, THE LAST ATTACK) just opened in theaters in Japan last Friday. The opening weekend was incredibly successful for the latest part of the Attack on Titan franchise, and the movie finished the weekend in the top spot at the Japanese box office. THE LAST ATTACK beat out other otaku interest films that also opened on the same day, including Fto Tantei: Kamen Rider Skull no Shz, which came in 5th place, and the live-action Atashino!, which came in 8th.
