Devolver Digital is unequivocally known to be the more theatrical of the showcases seen at E3 every year, although some of the titles that they present tend to be a welcome surprise for gamers. As a part of its line-up for E3 2021, the developer revealed the new online cooperative survival sandbox adventure Wizard With A Gun, offering players a fantasy experience with tons of customization options and replayability.

Essentially, players are tasked with exploring a magical wilderness in search of enough cosmic power to reset the world. That means players will trek through deserts, swamps, and other randomly generated biomes while combating all kinds of dangerous creatures. Of course, players also have the choice to venture through the lands alongside four other wizards, with gameplay options allowing for all kinds of powerful combinations.

To add, players also have quite a bit of control over their in-game look. From robes and hats to armor and other accessories, the fun combinations allow for players to cause all sorts of mayhem while staying fashionable. Customization doesn't end there, as the options even extend to the players' weapon of choice, allowing for all kinds of upgrades. Altogether, the game offers an experience very much in the vein of Hades, Returnal, and other rogue-lite games.

Wizard With A Gun is coming to the Nintendo Switch and PC in 2022.
