In Two Point Hospital, players will have to navigate the busy medical world by taking care of their own hospital and staff, which involves promotions.

In Two Point Hospital, players will have to make many important decisions for their hospital and take care of the current staff members and hire new ones to the team. Players will also have the opportunity to train and promote staff, and with this guide, Two Point Hospital fans can find out how.

In SEGA's Two Point Hospital, the staff can be trained to learn new skills taught by other personnel. Players will need to build a new room in the hospital by pressing the 'Rooms' icon on the screen's bottom-left corner and then choosing the 'Training' option. However, it will cost players $7000 to create it. It doesn't matter how large the room is, as long as players can access the room's lectern.

Click on the lectern (podium) to open up the training course selection screen. From here, players will be able to choose a course for their staff to be trained in, and then players must choose the trainees and a trainer for the course. Players can either choose one of their own staff members to train the course, or they can choose to hire a guest trainer from outside the hospital.

Once the staff members have reached a certain skill point and have worked at the hospital for a period of time in Two Point Hospital, they will automatically let the player know that they would like to be promoted via a letter. The letter will appear on the bottom-right corner of the screen, right above the total money amount. The letter will ask the player whether they would like to promote the staff member and how much pay they would like to offer for the promotion.

To keep the staff members happy with the promotion, players should slide the salary bar to the right until the green smiley face shows up, indicating that the employee is happy about the raise. Try not to slide the bar too far to the right, as players will just be wasting money at that point; as long as it's in the green, the promotion should be good to go. Keeping staff happy and teaching them new skills are just a few ways to keep players' hospitals in tip-top shape.

Two Point Hospital is now available on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
