The upcoming playable Ghoul character in Fallout 76 has a variety of unique and exclusive buildcrafting tools at their disposal that will provide a unique gameplay experience compared to the original human playable character. Several of these new Ghoul-exclusive buildcrafting tools are currently available on Fallout 76’s Public Test Server, and they are admittedly quite powerful, potentially paving the path for a new meta.
