The gun's low fire rate is unfortunate; however, its upgradable scope and devastating damage make it a perfect choice for taking down long-ranged targets when only one shot is required.
Furthermore, the gun possesses the ability to fire Luring, EMP, and Explosive bullets. This makes it a fantastic choice for taking down high-profile targets who are constantly on the move or inside of buildings.
