Diluc used to be the best DPS character in Genshin Impact during the game's early days. Unfortunately, he has been heavily power-crept and overshadowed by dozens of characters. However, he is still a very simple DPS to pick up and learn, and doesn't require complex combos to get maximum value out of his kit.
