When it comes to powerful characters, Boruto certainly doesn't have a lack of them. Given that the series is largely surrounding the Otsutsuki characters and other individuals around similar levels, fans know that the overall power level in Boruto is quite high. Out of the many Otsutsuki that fans have seen, Isshiki is, by far, the strongest, other than Shibai, who has never been seen properly in the story, and doesn't exist as a mortal being right now.
