If you're a fan of getting airtime, these are the best cars for jumps in Forza Horizon 4.

One of the most exhilarating aspects of Playground Games' epic open-world racer, Forza Horizon 4, is its slew of jumps, ramps, and cliffs. These allow drivers to soar through the air and get some hang time. The vast stretches of offroad terrain allow for this, given the various hills and bumps scattered about. These give players the opportunity to string together Skill Point combos by doing naught but launching themselves off of these hills.

Then there are the thrilling, cinematic Danger Signs, where players are called to launch off of various ramps throughout England. These often sit at intimidatingly high latitudes, which can make for an exciting and intense ride through the sky. They almost guarantee ample time in the air, though notching a high score and earning a 3 star rating can be tricky.

10 Ford Ranger Raptor

The focus of this piece will mainly be on speedy cars that get tons of air by swiftly launching from Danger Signs. However, many also seek to get air by way of bumpy terrain to rack up Skill Points. For that purpose offroading trucks like this one are optimal. That's because their rally tires and suspension are usually able to absorb the bumpiness and act as a sort of springboard and shock absorber.

This 2019 Raptor is solid for this in particular, as it's a top-of-the-line Ranger that's built to handle all sorts of rugged terrain. It can also plow fairly easily through the bumpy paths usually leading to Danger Sign ramps, maximizing the speed and air when launching.

9 Shelby Monaco King Cobra

It certainly helps to have this one maxed out, as its default state is on the tepid side. But when juiced up, this classic race car can be great for getting some hangtime.

Its stellar 8.7 launch stat allows players to propel themselves forward, quickly gaining momentum for an extended jump over a hilly path or Danger Sign. Its light weight is also ideal in keeping its driver airborne longer.

8 Ariel Nomad

This buggy is excellent when it comes to offroad driving, and this includes the inevitable jumps that come with natural terrain.

At the same time, the springy nature of its suspension gives it a little extra spring when flying off the various ramps in the game. While its speed leaves something to be desired, its acceleration and (especially) launch are both sky-high, allowing for more momentum and thus hang time.

7 Ultima Evolution Coupe 1020

It's probably not a great idea to send this car zipping across rocky offroad terrain, but it's a great choice for flying off-ramps on or close to roads. This beauty can accelerate from a standstill to 60 mph in just 2.4 seconds, making those inevitable second and third tries for Danger Signs more bearable.

Factor in its fairly lightweight nature as well as its wicked speed and launch — and the Ultima 1020 is a no-brainer when shooting for the upper realm of the Danger Sign leaderboards.

6 Toyota #1T100 Baja Truck

This is a fan favorite when it comes to online skirmishes, given its versatility, solid build, and its ability to handle rugged conditions. But this Toyota Baja truck also excels in spending ample time in the air.

It's perfectly equipped for offroad chaos, which means it can handle the hills, bumps, and cliffs that often litter these areas. With a near-perfect launch stat and solid acceleration, it can also gather speed and momentum very quickly.

5 Lamborghini Aventador Superveloce

This iconic supercar can hang with the best of them when it comes to speed, and is in fact the fastest Lambo production car by top speed in the Forza Horizon franchise.

With significant horsepower and tremendous acceleration and launch, players can get loads of air while starting fairly close to the target ramp. This also makes it ideal in hilly areas that aren't too rough, as it can frequently and quickly regain speed when landing.

4 Bugatti Chiron

This 2018 hypercar is top-tier in a number of areas and can be quite versatile — even offroad if the right tires and rally suspension are affixed to it. Its acceleration and launch are rarely matched, and it's capable of going from 0 to 100 mph in a mere 4.9 seconds.

As one might expect then, this sleek car can tackle Danger Signs in convincing fashion, as players of the Horizon Story series "The Stunt Driver" quickly find out. This vehicle would certainly shine in a car-focused action flick.

3 Mosler MT900S

There's much to appreciate about this 2010 supercar, especially its ability to hit a whopping 211 mph in just over 3 seconds. This thing absolutely hits the ground running, making it a great choice for those planning on spending much time in the skies.

A fully upgraded model laced with a 6.5 V12 engine swap can hit a sky-high 294 mph, making it the second-fastest car in the game. Hitting that 3 Star distance on Danger Signs becomes a degree easier with this awesome car.

2 Ferrari 599XX Evolution

Not that it really needs it, but a maxed-out version of this supercar gives it the esteemed title of "fastest car in Forza Horizon 4." Naturally, this means that it's excellent for getting some wicked air, especially when launching from ramps. In fact, it can rev up to a whopping 320 mph, setting the stage for some long, exhilarating jumps.

Really, only its acceleration can be considered less-than-amazing, but its insane speed and launch tend to alleviate most of this anyway.

1 Koenigsegg Agera RS

As the fastest stock production car in Forza, this sleek hypercar is about as great as it gets; and not just for epic races, but for leaping off ramps as well.

Just about all of its stats are stellar sans acceleration, though this is marginal compared to what a beast it is elsewhere. Lacing it with all-wheel drive and upgrades makes it one of the best tools for notching those coveted 3 stars for Danger Signs. Players will definitely need to save their credits to land this one — with its steep price tag of 2,000,000 CR — but it's worth the investment.
