Niantic announces a long-requested feature will be added to Pokemon GO, although it will only be available for a limited time.

Niantic has announced that Pokemon GO players can use remote raid passes for Shadow Raids for the first time during the upcoming Fashion Week: Taken Over event. Shadow Raids were introduced to Pokemon GO in 2023 and have been a popular way of catching strong Pokemon.
