Throughout the story of One Piece, there have been many interesting and mysterious characters who fans have intentionally been shown very little of. Chief among them is the legendary Rocks D. Xebec, a powerful pirate who was known as Gol D. Roger's first and greatest rival, whom he could only take down with the help of Garp during the events of the infamous God Valley Incident.
