Humans are social animals, yearning for connections with their fellows. As much as a great single-player campaign might hook gamers, nothing can compare to the fun of playing, and hopefully winning, with friends. Sadly, couch co-op has fallen to the wayside in recent years due to ease of fully online co-op and play sessions.
