Upcoming PlayStation 5 horror game Code Violet is taking direct inspiration from Capcom's Dino Crisis franchise. The original Dino Crisis game launched in 1999 as a PS1 exclusive before eventually making its way to the Sega Dreamcast and PC. For those unfamiliar with the game, the basic concept behind Dino Crisis is offering a survival-horror experience similar to Resident Evil, but swapping the zombies with dinosaurs.
