Video games all come in different shapes and sizes. Some are more casual experiences, lasting only a few hours. Others, however, require a longer commitment from players. Across multiple generations of platforms, there certainly hasn't been a shortage of Xbox titles to pass away the time.

Nevertheless, these games are in a league of their own. Seeing these titles through to the end involves a level of dedication that is nothing short of admirable. Even once the main content has been wrapped up, there's often still more to do. 10 Fortnite (70 Hours Min.)

Yet another multiplayer title, Deep Rock Galactic takes place in a procedurally generated, sci-fi setting. Focusing primarily on PvE combat, players work cooperatively against hordes of alien monsters. Along the way, players navigate through the destructible environment to complete their objectives.

Deep Rock Galactic clocks in at a minimum of 72 hours. Nevertheless, just like Fortnite, there's plenty more the game has to offer beyond that point. Sifting through all the extra content can easily take the player to the 100-hour mark.

7 Pathfinder: Kingmaker (77 Hours Min.)

Who wouldn't want to carve out their own medieval fantasy realm? Pathfinder: Kingmaker is a roleplaying title that incorporates isometric combat, either in real-time or as turn-based. Outside of combat, players can build their own kingdom, crafting and influencing it as they see fit.

Gwent: The Witcher Card Game takes the popular side activity from the main game to a whole new level. Players collect and utilize a diverse collection of cards to best their opponents on the tabletop.

Players will need plenty of stamina to conquer this simple, yet layered card game. HowLongToBeat clocks it at an average of 80.5 hours to complete. However, that's just the bare minimum. Hundreds of hours are required of completionists to see this game through to the very end.

5 Record Of Agarest War (83.5 Hours Min.)

An Xbox 360 title, Record of Agarest War is a tactical RPG built around strategy and maneuver. Players move their characters around a series of tiles to attack enemies. Attacks can also be chained together as well as special varieties being available under certain conditions.

Puzzle games, especially those in the vein of Candy Crush, are perfect for whiling away the time. Gems of War is no exception. It adds a fantasy RPG element to the otherwise standard proceedings. Using sorcery to conquer the board, it's a game that can easily take hours on end to complete.
