Treasure Map - Painter's Regret is one of the first maps players will encounter upon arriving at Emerald Stair in Avowed. You will need to complete many steps before attempting to access the second region. Even if you try to access it early, it’s not possible as you need permission to do so. Therefore, complete the available main quests and then head to Emerald Stair.
