A new event is available at Genshin Impact's Inazuma, celebrating the Mikawa Festival with both old friends and a new one name Yumemizuki Mizuki. She's an Anemo Catalyst user who is also a Yumekui-Baku youkai (supernatural creature) with the ability to consume the dreams and nightmares of humans and other youkai.
