There are very few properties across all of media that have had the same longevity as the Dragon Ball franchise. Starting back in the late 1980s, it has since grown into one of the world's most important and beloved fictional series, as well as one of the most successful anime franchises of all time. Since it started, there have been multiple additions to the franchise that keep the story going one way or another.
