A Spider-Man: Miles Morales fan plans to create posters of the game's characters, starting with a stunning take on the villain Tinkerer.

A Spider-Man: Miles Morales fan plans to release back-to-back posters based on the hit Insomniac title, and he started with its now-popular, female-reimagining of the villain Tinkerer. As the game's primary supervillain and the main force Miles contends with physically, it only makes sense for him to create a poster for her since he's doing ones for various Miles Morales characters. He hasn't said which characters he plans on doing, but it makes sense for him to do one for each main cast member.

As for today's poster, it, of course, depicts the female Tinkerer, Phin Mason. The original adaptation of Phin in the comics depict her as the old-man Phineas Mason, but for the sake of the game, Miles Morales developer Insomniac Games decided to make her a young female instead, a change that served the greater good of the story, as it allowed Insomniac to pull off a twist that, while somewhat predictable, made Spider-Man: Miles Morales that much more enjoyable of an experience.

The fan, Rock Rider released the Tinkerer homage on his Twitter account and will release the others throughout the week. Exactly how many he has in store remains a mystery, as do the characters he plans to base them on, but, again, it makes sense for him to create posters on each of the main cast members, so individuals such as Miles Morales, Peter Parker, and Simon Krieger. Beyond them, other possible appearances would include Rhino, Prowler, and J. Jonah Jameson.

No new announcements or updates have come out for Insomniac's Spider-Man games, so Rock seems to have created the posters simply out of love for Miles Morales and its characters. The game did rather well for itself despite not being a full-length title, at least compared to the developer's original Marvel's Spider-Man, so it makes sense that people are still gushing over it even after seven months from its release, celebrating it in their own unique ways.

Anyone interested will likely get to see Rock's next release tomorrow since it's already Wednesday, and he wants to post the posters throughout the week. Rock could release the projects in several different orders, but if one had to guess, he'll release Peter Parker next, then Simon Krieger — if he has one — and then, finally, Miles himself. Regardless, the posters will release throughout this week, so it's not like there's a long wait to find out what Rock has in store.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is on PS4 and PS5.
