Beating a game varies depending on who one asks, though, many consider the completion of a game to be when the player sees the credits rolling down their screen. With some games, however, there is more to see than the main parts, as there are sometimes hidden secrets to be found while looking around.

In the minimalistic yet tremendously fun indie game Titan Souls, by UK-based developer Acid Nerve, players can explore an ancient fantasy world in order to slay Titans; massive beings who embody the elements. There are a ton of these titanic bosses to track down and topple, however, not all of them need to be defeated to complete the game. Because of this, the time difference between those completing only the main game and those seeking to entirely finish everything that can be found will vary quite a bit.

There are 19 Titans in the game, all of whom are found in different locations and areas, meaning that completionists will need to spend a few more hours exploring the ruinous yet beautiful landscape.

On average, gamers take about 3 hours to clear the entirety of the main game, though, this is usually excluding most optional bosses. The range is between 2 and 5 hours, with most leaning toward the 2-hour mark, and this span lasts from when the player is first able to move to the point where they defeat The Soul, Image of the Titan Soul (the final boss).

Players who have decided to hunt down and slay every single last Titan will be at it a while longer than most, as they, on average, beat the game in this manner after around 7 hours. The range varies from between 5 hours to 13 hours for those polled, though, once more, the stats are leaning toward the shorter times. At more than double the average playtime, those looking to stretch their Titan Souls experience have a lot of gameplay to enjoy.

There are not too many players doing speedruns of this game, however, there are a couple who have given it a shot and logged their results so that everyone can get a grasp of how fast Titan Souls can be cleared. Currently, the fastest completion time (main game) is 1 hour, 5 minutes, 40 seconds with the slowest being 1 hour, 7 minutes, 49 seconds.
