Seekers of Truth are not just those delving as deep into the lore of Titan Souls as possible but are also those looking for the secret boss. Truth, simply named, is the entity that can only be confronted after one spends hours exploring the desolate yet magnificent world where this game is set.

Through one's journey of toppling Titans, the player will need to hone their skills with the reliable bow and singular arrow used to fell huge foes. Otherwise, they will not be able to perform the required tasks that lead to Truth.
While the act of meeting these criteria can take some time, the steps are thankfully very straightforward. To be able to fight Truth, players will need to beat every other boss in order to open the gate that leads to the special area housing Truth. To help players keep track of all the other Titans (18 in total, excluding Truth), here's a list of them.

After defeating all of the other bosses, return to the area where one beat The Soul, Image of the Titan Soul, and things will appear a bit different. The octagonal arena will now have a pillar of light on the far side, which, when approached, will widen into a brilliant and pale portal. Traversing it will lead to an expansive, white, featureless location with a single point of interest: Truth itself.
Appropriately for a secret boss, Truth comes with 3 full phases that each are difficult to tackle in their own ways. It may take a lot of practice to slay this ancient, primordial Titan, and knowing how Truth acts in each phase can be immensely helpful.
This mode looks like a wheel made from rings that are covered in pale eyes and it will try to run the player down in rollout attacks. It will also separate into multiple rings to assail one from all angles.
When the player has hit Truth's purple eye enough times, the Titan will shift into a phase where their rings will encircle the player and spawn 3 kinds of foes. The small eye orbs that spawn stun the player, while the large ones with mouths attack with sharp teeth, however, the most important is the biggest spawn; a passive singular huge black teardrop with a purple eye that one needs to hit to progress the fight.
The final phase begins after hitting the purple-eyed black teardrop from phase 2 enough times to force Truth into their last form; a huge tentacle monster. This horrific fiend will spawn smaller enemies to attack the player as well as launch devastating laser beams their way. If one defeats Truth in this state, they will be rewarded with great knowledge in the form of the names of all the Titans appearing in readable text upon following playthroughs.
