There are five fishing side missions in Monster Hunter Wilds, the last of which is called Razzle Dazzle and requires players to catch a Grand Escunite. It becomes available once they've completed the Lurking Shadows main story mission in Chapter 4, though only after they're done with The Catch of a Lifetime.
