It's hard to get on the bad side of Monkey D. Luffy, considering he almost always manages to see the best in a person, no matter how malicious or evil they may be. It takes a lot for the protagonist of One Piece to truly hate someone's guts, but there's a selection of characters in this universe who have made themselves lifelong enemies of Luffy because of the way they have treated him, his crew, and his family.
