Niantic announced the Pokemon GO Bug Out event is returning soon to mark the debut of Generation 8 Pokemon Sizzlipede and Centiskorch from Pokemon Sword and Shield. Similarly to monthly Community Day events in Pokemon GO, Bug Out 2025 will offer various event bonuses and free rewards.
