The team behind the action-adventure sci-fi Revenge of the Savage Planet has erected a billboard at the 2025 Game Developers Conference event to advertise the fun sequel, but the ad also mocks a former Stadia boss. The controversy surrounds the closure of Typhoon Studios, the developer behind Journey to the Savage Planet, back in 2021, which led the Typhoon team to form Raccoon Logic, the studio helming Revenge of the Savage Planet, in the same year and retain the rights to the IP.
