There are 20 legendary amulets for Yasuke in Assassin's Creed Shadows. Players will find five of these as part of the main story, with the rest coming through side quests, exploration, and DLC. Each legendary amulet has its own innate perk, some of which can be incredibly powerful when equipped alongside Yasuke's legendary weapons and armor.
