With the increasing popularity of live-service games, CD Projekt Red CEO Michal Nowakowski has recently commented on the future of single-player games like The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077, stating that he believes these titles will remain popular, no matter what direction the industry takes. Over the years, the gaming industry has shifted in many directions, following the different trends marked by popular games. And although live-service games seem to be on the rise, the CD Projekt Red CEO is not worried about single-player titles disappearing.
