Of all the nearly 900 official Pokemon drawn by various artists throughout the franchise's history, Eevee might be the most versatile. A common favorite of Gen 1 Pokemon fans, Eevee is not only adorable but is also one of the first Pokemon to have several different evolution states dependent upon magical stones. Eevee's many "Eeveelutions" are quite popular in their own right, and fans of the Pokemon franchise have been drawing new iterations of the fluffy dog-like creature for a long time now.
Currently, Eevee has eight different Pokemon it can evolve into. These are Espeon, Flareon, Glaceon, Jolteon, Leafeon, Sylveon, Umbreon, and Vaporeon. Each Eeveelution is a single type, with no double-types. Many of these evolutions are achieved if Eevee evolves while holding a particular stone, but a few of them also require increasing Friendship levels in a particular Pokemon game. There are still nine types not represented by Eeveelutions, one of which is Dragon. However, one Pokemon fan decided to draw a Dragon-type Eeveelution and several other Dragon-type combinations.

Reddit user JhayAlejo clearly has some artistic talent, and they've drawn some impressive versions of Dragon-type Eeveelutions. Their basic Dragon-type Eeveelution is called Drakeon, complete with tail spikes and fangs. However, JhayAlejo decided to take it several steps further and draw almost every possible Dragon hybrid type Eeveelution. There are 17 total creations, and it's hard not to imagine many of them as legitimate evolutions in Pokemon games.
Some of JhayAlejo's Eeveelutions look entirely original, while others seem to draw inspiration from existing Eeveelutions. Dragon/Ice hybrid Auroreon and Psychic/Dragon hybrid Energeon certainly bring to mind Glaceon and Espeon, but others like Bug/Dragon hybrid Royaleon and Dragon/Poison hybrid Blighteon are hard to compare to other Pokemon. There's even an Eeveelution that looks inspired by another game. The Dragon/Ghost hybrid Leviatheon is incredibly cool and it bears a striking resemblance to images of the Gargantuan Leviathan from Subnautica.
Overall, these are some quite imaginative Eeveelutions that benefit from a mix of good art and inspiration. While it's unlikely that the Pokemon franchise will ever get official Eeveelutions for every Dragon hybrid, it won't stop artists from creating new variants. Pokemon has done an incredible job of inspiring its fan base to join in on the creative process, and there are probably thousands of interesting fan interpretations of new and existing Pokemon. Another popular form of Pokemon fan art are Pokemon fusions, which take two existing official Pokemon and fuse them together into a new and often wacky creation.
